Our educational field trips are the perfect opportunity for kids to see a real, operating farm and to learn about how farming works, while having a fun and festive fall outing. Carpinito Brothers farm is historically significant here in the Kent valley and it's a great learning experience for early elementary-aged children. Be sure to book your field trip well in advance as time slots fill quickly!
What do field trips include?
Field trips begin with a short educational segment where children are taught some agricultural basics about how pumpkins and corn grow from seeds. They will learn about, see and touch different varieties of pumpkins. We also do a Q&A for any of those inquisitive children, parents or chaperones.
After the educational portion, your group is let loose to play in our Farm Fun Yard that includes: farm animals, interactive goat walk, rubber duck races, rodeo ropin’ cows, kids’ hay maze, tractor hay rides and a sugar pumpkin for each child to take home.
We are pleased to share that prices are the same as last year, just $10 per child. Teachers and chaperones are always free. For more field trip information please call Julianna at (253)854-5692 Ext. 303 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
*PLEASE NOTE: Field trips are located at the old Smith Brothers Dairy Farm, which is across the street from the pumpkin patch and corn maze.
Field Trip Address: 6720 S 277th St, Kent, WA 98032
There is plenty of parking at this location for buses and vehicles. Please do not park at the pumpkin patch lot if you are meeting for a field trip.
